ISPRA - IHigh Institute for Environmental Protection and Research: Presented ‘ENVIRONMENTAL DATA YEARBOOK 2012
High Institute for Environmental Protection and Research – recently presented 2012 environmental data Yearbook whose integral version bears detailed information on the objective conditions of the environment.  ( (see press release)).

For the 2012 edition of the Yearbook, a starting from the same data available to ISPRA, different information products have been implemented, so that to grant a wider diffusion of information to more users: from public decision makers to researchers, from people having economic interests to the citizens.

The 2012 edition contains 7 products:
Environmental data Yearbook – Integral version; it presents the factsheets populated in 2012, organized by productive sectors, environmental conditions and answers.
Important Themes – it presents a potential organization of the information on main environment problems, which need specific prevention or redevelopment.
Key topics – English version of important Themes.
“Light” important Themes – Smaller version of important Themes. The environmental problems analyzed in important Themes are described according to the elements of the DPSIR model, by using some key indicators which can faithfully represent them.
Key topics light -English version of light important Themes.
Yearbook in figures -Statistic Brochure containing the most representative diagrams of environmental themes and statistic information or brief explanation notes.
Environmental data yearbook in figures – English version of Yearbook in figures.
Database – Tools for computer consultation of factsheets and creation of reports.
Multimedia – Tool that can communicate the Yearbook data and information in a simple and fast way thanks to videos, graphic animations and web apps.
Giornalino – Comics version “Inspector SPRA’s Investigation”, it deals with one environmental topic each year with the purpose to disclose the Yearbook information and data to a young public.
